I was a self taught

I was a self taught golfer and worked to get my handicap to a six. I played as A six to nine handicap for a few years and then I caught the dreaded golf disease the shanks. I went to a thirty plus handicap. I tried every tip I could find and nothing helped. I finally quit the game for the last eight years. I picked up the clubs about four months ago and the disease was still there. After extensive research of area golf instructors my choice was Buddy. What a great decision. The first thing he said was if I wanted to fix my existing swing he was the wrong instructor. He completely changed pretty much everything from grip to setup. It has been difficult to change thirty plus years of a different swing but it has worked. It took seven lessons and many hours on the range but the changes Buddy made have paid off. I would highly recommend Buddy as an instructor. He is extremely patient and explains the concepts of the swing in a way that’s easy to understand.
